How do I make modifications to my web site?
To make modifications to your web site we ask that you please
Contact Us
via email or phone and explain your modifications in as much detail as possible. Once we have a clear and
complete understanding of your request we will provide you with a Change Request
Approval form describing the modifications in detail. Upon approval of the Change
Request your modifications will be scheduled for completion.
Will I be billed for modifications to my web
site?
Modifications made to your web site after completion or above and beyond
any proposal will be billed at our current hourly labor rate (currently $75 per
man hour). Please keep in mind there is a 1/2 hour minimum for any work performed
and we suggest if you have multiple changes that you submit them as one batch.
Why do I need hosting?
After your web site design is completed it is necessary to setup a hosting
account and place the web site on this hosting account to allow it to be viewable
on the Internet. Without a hosting account your web site will not be viewable to
other users on the Internet.
Why should I host with ITistic Inc?
Our goal is to make your web prescense an asset that is easy to manage. By
hosting with ITistic Inc you are limiting your contact to one company when any issues
may arise or modifications need to be made. While we are not opposed to working
with another hosting company, any man hours spent working with another company will
be billed at our current hourly labor rate (currently $75 per man hour).
What is the process for cancelling my hosting
service?
To cancel your hosting account you will need to contact us via email before
your renewal date. We require that the cancellation request be emailed to insure
it is documented properly for future reference. It is your responsibility to backup
any data that resides on the hosting account before it is terminated. All cancelled
hosting account will be permanently deleted upon their termination date and will
not be available in the future.
Will I be provided a pro-rated refund if I
choose to cancel my hosting service?
ITistic Inc does not pro-rate hosting payments. Should you choose to cancel
your hosting service prior to your next renewal your account will be terminated
at your renewal date or earlier should you request, however no refunds will be provided.
The only time a refund will be provided is when the hosting service is cancelled
within the first 30 days of service (further referenced as the Trial period). During
the trial period you are free to cancel your hosting service and will receive a
full refund.
